Tom Smith Trade Retail deliveries will be made by our supply chain partner of choice:
UPS (United Parcel Service).
From receipt of payment, we will process and complete your order and deliver within 7 days. We are pleased to currently offer your delivery free of charge.
The delivery service that we offer is a standard delivery via the nominated courier. Currently we do not offer any special delivery options and or deliveries out side of the UK or Offshore Mainland UK.
Occasionally parcels are returned to us as undeliverable. As we do not automatically re-dispatch orders that have been returned to us as undeliverable, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Department to arrange a refund.
If the address is incorrect or outdated the parcel will typically be returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check the address carefully when placing your order.
Failed delivery attempts
Most of our carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If they find that they can’t successfully deliver your parcel it’ll be returned to us.
In the event a delay should occur to your delivery as a result of circumstances that are beyond our control, we will endeavour to complete your delivery at the earliest possible opportunity. If your order then fails to be delivered within 14 working days from the date of purchase, please contact our Customer Services Department who can arrange cancellation and a full refund.
